Having spent 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry and 14 years in the recruitment industry, Elizabeth Pettit, founded PPD Search in 2006, as she saw a gap in the market for a healthcare recruitment consultancy that had both industry knowledge and the skills and expertise needed to add value through the ‘art of recruitment’, a skill often underestimated. The aptitude and competencies acquired over many years as a recruiter have proven to add immense value to both clients and candidates to differentiate PPD Search in the pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare recruitment markets.
