- Based in Lane Cove and situated full-time onsite (with parking) - the Admin./Production Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition of projects from the engineering phase to full production.
- Working closely with the engineering team, this role ensures that customer specific projects are pushed into production according to schedule. You will liaise with surgeons and the sales team to support making this happen.
- The position is also responsible for creating, monitoring, and finalising work orders in SAP, supporting accurate production workflows and maintaining inventory accuracy. Knowledge of and experience with SAP is an advantage but not mandatory.
- You will collaborate with engineering to track project milestones and timelines, address bottlenecks, and ensure work projects are released to production on time.
- You will work with production, engineering, and quality control teams to resolve issues impacting production schedules, adjusting timelines and resources as needed.
- You will regularly update management on production progress, delays, and solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Corporate, commercial experience in administration, customer service is ideal, or we will consider university graduates, the key here is the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Some knowledge of medical devices is preferred but not essential.
- Strong skills in analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in and exposure to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint will be highly advantageous.
- SAP and Adobe software preferred but not essential.
