WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & BE A PART OF
  • Reporting to the Director Commercial Operations, Sales and Marketing, the position is responsible for providing support to Marketing Managers, Sales Representatives and the Management Team.
  • The role consists of activities such as developing promotional materials, maintaining databases of promotional material and assisting and coordinating external conference sponsorship and arrangements.
  • The position requires someone with an eye for detail as you will analyse market trends and dynamics for in-line and launch pharmaceutical products.
  • You will manage the Sales Incentive Program and assist and facilitate the running of company sales meetings and conferences with external suppliers. Events planning and theming.
  • General administration duties such as coding invoices for sales expenses, using related software, and coordinating travel arrangements, working with a travel agent.
  • You will manage a personnel database, eg. contact details, leave forms etc. for sales team and coordinate new employee induction.
  • You will prepare Sales Force Effectiveness reports using a CRM database and prepare sales reports.
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar administration role in a commercial environment, if you have worked with a sales and marketing team this is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced software skills, Microsoft Office Suite and you must be very comfortable using databases and related tools.
