• This Clinical Product Specialist position, based in Melbourne, will look after public and private hospital customers in VIC, primarily looking after metro Melbourne towards the East. The role will also develop deep relationships with GP clinics, pathology, dental and radiology practices, although the focus initially will be in hospitals. The role will maintain relationships in this product portfolio for tender based public hospital accounts in VIC and private hospital customers along with the above customer groups.
• The position will build, develop and strengthen an account network including supporting local distributor networks and will support and facilitate product trials, attend conferences and trade shows.
• You will be involved in in-servicing education, the maintenance of customer contracts, tenders and business plans to develop customers as advocates for your products. This is not a sales position, it's about owning relationships in Melbourne across a variety of medical customer groups to address specific customer needs.
• You will schedule and conduct account reviews to strengthen partnerships and build repeat customers and attend industry events identifying new opportunities and evaluating success.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar clinical role with medical consumables/device products to hospital customers in Melbourne,  NO sales,  however, you must have commercial experience in medical consumables or devices.
• Or you might have industry sales experience and being a nurse, are over selling therefore looking for a purely clinical role in a medical device company.
• University degree qualification in nursing,  you must have a nursing background to apply for this position.
• Infection control background is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of work with a high level of proactive problem-solving skills.
• Customer focused with the drive to provide product solutions.
• A can-do attitude with a desire to develop.
