- This Clinical Product Specialist position, based in Perth, will look after public and private hospital customers in WA. The role will also develop deep relationships with GP clinics, pathology, dental and radiology practices, although the focus initially will be in hospitals. The role will maintain relationships in this product portfolio for tender based public hospital accounts in WA and private hospital customers along with the above customer groups.
- The position will build, develop and strengthen an account network including supporting local distributor networks and will support and facilitate product trials, attend conferences and trade shows.
- You will be involved in in-servicing education, the maintenance of customer contracts, tenders and business plans to develop customers as advocates for your products. This is not a sales position, it's about owning relationships in WA across a variety of medical customer groups to address specific customer needs.
- You will schedule and conduct account reviews to strengthen partnerships and build repeat customers and attend industry events identifying new opportunities and evaluating success.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar clinical role with medical consumables/device products to hospital customers in Perth/WA, NO sales.
- University degree qualification in nursing, you must have a nursing background to apply for this position.
- Infection control background is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of work with a high level of proactive problem-solving skills.
- Customer focused with the drive to provide product solutions.
- A can-do attitude with a desire to develop.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID with full Australian working rights.
