- This Sales & Events Executive position needs a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative person to join this dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will take the lead on coordinating organisation and brand education events, managing partnerships, and providing high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong ability to manage multiple projects at once. You will play a critical role in executing high-impact events, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational efficiency for the COO.
- You’ll also be responsible for event budget management, ensuring events/courses are effectively executed within scope and you may need to travel on occasion domestically or internationally for industry events.
- You will plan and execute education courses, trade conferences, VIP dinners & other customer/staff events, ensuring seamless logistics, setup, and follow-through, along with managing event coordination, including logistics and general event execution.
- You will work with the marketing team to support event promotion and post-event follow-up activities and represent the brand at events, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- You will support the COO in partnership negotiations, meeting schedules, and follow-ups and maintain records of partner interactions and identify opportunities for growth.
- You will process invoices, manage expense reporting, and assist with credit card reconciliation and support the COO with day-to-day operational needs, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
- Background in a similar role in marketing, events, and administration.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Event-savvy, with experience in planning and executing professional events.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic experience with Canva for graphic design tasks (preferred but not essential).
- A flexible, hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.
